Maaike Schipperheijn Chief Financial Officer Royal Reesink B.V.

As of November 1st Maaike Schipperheijn will start as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Royal Reesink. Gerrit van der Scheer, CEO: “Maaike is an experienced CFO and has large experience in the field of Finance Management, complex transitions and working in culturally diverse environments. Her experience, combined with her personal integrity, leadership style and interest in people make her a very good CFO for Royal Reesink.” She takes over the role of Ben van der Klift, the current CFO (a.i.).

Maaike Schipperheijn (1975) studied business economics at the Maastricht University and she is a qualified Accountant. She started her career in 1998 in the Accountancy business, after which she held a variety of senior finance and management roles in operating entities at Shell abroad (Qatar, Moscow, Sakhalin) and in the Netherlands as well as at the Shell head office in the Netherlands. In 2017 she was appointed CFO at Euroports, a port operator operating in 19 countries.

There are many financial challenges to give optimal support for the plans for growth, however I look most forward to jointly further expand this special company with its long history and passion for people.”
